The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$100,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $775,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 for the
State’s sexual assault support centers to hire up to 7 behavioral health
professionals to provide services and receive training on working with
victims of sexual assault, sexual exploitation and sexual violence or related
trauma. |
