Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill will convey 60 acres of nonreserved public lands in Augusta, Maine to the Capital Area Recreation Association (CARA) for $1. The land has been included in a nonrevenue-generating lease between the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry and CARA since 1993. The transfer is subject to terms and conditions requiring the land to be maintained for its current recreational uses and stipulates that the CARA pay any costs associated with the conveyance.
