Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment removes the ongoing General Fund appropriations of $1,000,000 from the bill. It replaces them with a one-time requirement in fiscal year 2024-25 that the State Controller, as the last priority transfer after all transfers are made pursuant to statute, transfer from the available balance of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund, up to $18,000,000 to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, Other Special Revenue Funds account within the Parks - General Operations program, to be used for the ongoing maintenance preservation and promotion of historic sites.
