Any additional
costs to the Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices to
adopt the changes in this bill are expected to be minor and can be absorbed
within existing budgeted resources. Any additional costs to require the
Commission on Governmental Ethics and Election Practices to consult with the
Office of the Attorney General on enacting certain campaign finance
prohibitions regarding contributions from business entities to candidates and
leadership political action committees are anticipated to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
