The bill includes
General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of
$2,500,000 beginning in fiscal year 2023-24 to increase the amount of funding
for the services under the office of aging and disabilities services rule
Chapter 5, Section 62, Independent Housing with Services Program.
A more current estimate would move the funding from the 0140 - Office of
Aging and Disabilities Services program to the 0420 - Long Term Care - Office
of Aging and Disabilities Services program. |
