Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $207,879 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $415,757 in fiscal year 2024-25 for all chiropractic services that are within the scope of practice of chiropractic doctors and performed by a licensed chiropractic doctor to be reimbursed under the MaineCare program. Federal Expenditures Fund and Federal Block Grant Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
