Fiscal Detail and Notes
This bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $556,240 beginning in fiscal year 2024-25 to increase the personal needs allowances of residents in residential care facilities from $70 to $100 and of residents in nursing facilities from $40 to $70 by January 1, 2025. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations are also included for the FMAP match.
