This bill
includes ongoing General Fund appropriations of $120,125 and Other Special
Revenue Funds allocations of $647 beginning in fiscal year 2024-25 to the
Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry (ACF) for one Resource
Management Coordinator position, technology management costs and other
associated costs. Additionally, the bill instructs ACF to establish a
separate account within the Maine Working Farmland Access and Protection
Program to deposit funding specifically received to support public-private
partnerships. |
