Proceeds from the
sale of the Houlton Armory will be credited to the Capital Repair,
Maintenance, Construction and Acquisition Account within the Department of
Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management. The amount of the proceeds will
not be known until an appraisal is completed. Additional costs to the
department associated with the appraisal are expected to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
