The amendment
changes the General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services from ongoing beginning in fiscal year 2023-24 to a one-time
appropriation of $1,830,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 for sexual assault
services.
The amendment also adds a transfer of $1,830,000 from the Department of
Professional and Financial Regulation, Bureau of Financial Institutions,
Other Special Revenue Funds account to the Unappropriated Surplus of the
General Fund. |
