The Department of
Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $97,973
in fiscal year 2023-24 and $101,032 in fiscal year 2024-25 for one
Environmental Specialist III position to handle new administrative oversight
responsibilities. |

Additional costs
to the State Board of Funeral Service within the Department of Professional
and Financial Regulation to implement the requirements of this legislation
can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
