Correctional and Judicial Impact Statements
There may be a minor reduction of workload associated with the minimal number of cases that will no longer be filed in the court system.
A reduction in fine revenue associated with allowing commercial driver's license holders who are 18 to 20 years of age to haul hazardous waste intrastate will decrease General Fund and dedicated revenue by minor amounts.
