The Department of
Health and Human Services will require a one-time lapsing of General Fund
funding of $14,174 in fiscal year 2023-24 to remove the funding provided in
Public Law 2021, Chapter 466, to contract for technical support developing
rules to implement the program. The bill removes the rules requirement. The
department has not completed the rules and did not use this funding.
