This amendment
strikes the bill, including the one-time General Fund appropriation of
$31,000,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 for emergency medical services entities
and replaces it with a statutory change to PL 2023, c. 412, Part GGGGG that
changes the definition of emergency medical services entity in the laws
governing the Emergency Medical Services Stabilization and Sustainability
Program established in PL 2023, c. 412, Part GGGGG. |
