Any additional
costs to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to implement the
provisions of this bill are expected to be minor and can be absorbed within
existing budgeted resources. This bill
will result in minor savings to the Department of Environmental Protection by
replacing it with the DHHS as the agency responsible for implementing the
registry of leased lead-safe residential dwellings. |
