This bill
includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $2,000,000 in fiscal year
2024-25 to bridge the gap for mental health organizations participating in
certified community behavioral health clinic projects which have been funded
by federal grants from the United States Department of Health and Human
Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration for the
past 2 years. |
