The bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation of $300,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 to
the Lead Abatement Fund within the Maine State Housing Authority (MSHA) for
the abatement of lead paint hazards in residential housing and for the costs
to MSHA to administer the program. |
