Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $213,143 in fiscal year 2024-25 for the Department of Health and Human Services to amend its rules by November 6, 2024 to provide MaineCare coverage for a person formerly placed in foster care until the person attains 27 years of age and required technology changes. Federal Expenditures Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
