This bill
includes a one-time allocation of $500,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 to the Milk
Commission program within the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and
Forestry (ACF) for the purposes specified in PL 2023, c. 412, Part FFFF. This allocation is funded by a one-time
transfer of the same amount on or before June 30, 2024 from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the ACF, Milk Commission
program, Other Special Revenue Funds account. |
