The Department of
Transportation has indicated that requiring employer and employee labor
harmony agreements could decrease the number of entities bidding on potential
projects, which could increase costs to those projects. |
|
Any additional
costs to the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry to
implement the provisions of this bill are expected to be minor and can be
absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
