The bill includes
deappropriations of $2,250 in each of fiscal years 2023-24 and 2024-25 for
the savings to the Legislature as a result of eliminating the Cannabis
Advisory Commission. Eliminating the
commission will also result in minor savings for the various other state
agencies currently serving as members. |
