Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The bill provides a one-time General Fund appropriation of $91,900 in fiscal year 2024-25 for one limited-period Environmental Specialist II position in the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry and for related All Other costs. This position ends June 7, 2025. The bill also includes unallocated language earmarking $35,000 of the funds transferred to the department's Farmers Drought Relief Grant Program Fund program, Other Special Revenue Funds account in PL 2023, c.17, Part G, to be used for contracted services to review and overhaul the current water withdrawal permitting process.
