Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This amendment removes the ongoing General Fund appropriations and positions created for the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry (DACF) and the Department of Environmental Protection. It establishes one limited-period Environmental Specialist II position in the DACF and provides a one-time appropriation of $91,900 for the associated costs. The amendment also provides that, of the funds transferred to the DACF, Farmers Drought Relief Grant Program Fund program, Other Special Revenue Funds account in PL 2023, c.17, Part G, $35,000 shall be used for contracted services to review and overhaul the current water withdrawal permitting process.
