This amendment
changes an Assistant Attorney General position and a Correctional Care and
Treatment Worker position established in the bill from ongoing positions to
limited period positions ending June 14, 2025, eliminating the future
appropriations and allocations in fiscal years 2025-26 and beyond. It adds a
General Fund appropriation to the Department of Corrections in fiscal year
2023-24 to allow the limited period position to begin January 1, 2024 instead
of in fiscal year 2024-25. |
