This bill adds
trails for walking, snowshoeing, skiing or hiking to an existing exemption
from Department of Environmental Protection review under Storm Water
Management Laws. The removal of these trails means that staff will no longer
have to review and approve plans for these trails, resulting in minor
savings. |
