|
Eliminating
requirements mandated by PL 2021, c. 672, section 5 to adopt and amend
ordinances governing land use density and accessory dwelling units for
municipalities with a population of 4,000 and under will remove the mandate
and reduce costs for smaller municipalities. For municipalities over 4,000
the date for implementation is extended from July 1, 2023 until January 1,
2025. |
