This bill
includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $2,388,753 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $13,145,274 in fiscal year
2024-25 for Medicaid coverage to a child under 7 years of age, regardless of
the child's family's nonfarm income official poverty line, if the child is
not covered by an employer‑sponsored or private health plan and for
required technology changes. These services are not eligible for a federal
match. |
