This bill
includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $75,001 in fiscal year 2023-24 for required technology changes
and $13,679,998 in fiscal year 2024-25 for MaineCare program coverage for
noncitizen residents of this State 21 years of age or older with qualifying
low incomes who are ineligible for coverage under the federal Medicaid
program due to their immigration status, beginning on July 1, 2024. |
