|
The bill provides
a one-time appropriation of $200,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 to the Lake Water
Quality Restoration and Protection Fund within the Department of
Environmental Protection for projects that improve or maintain the quality of
lake waters. The bill also provides a baseline Other Special Revenue Funds
allocation of $500 per year to the Lake Water Quality Restoration and
Protection Fund in the event that outside funds are received for this
purpose. |
