This amendment removes the one-time transfers of $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Lake Water Quality Restoration and Protection Fund (LWQRPF) in the Department of Environmental Protection and removes the Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 to the Fund. The amendment adds a one-time appropriation of $200,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 to the Fund for projects that improve or maintain the quality of lake waters. The amendment also provides a base Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $500 per year in the event that outside funds are received for this purpose.
