This bill
includes Other Special Revenue Funds allocations of $1,000,000 in fiscal year
2023-24 and $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 to the Lake Water Quality
Restoration and Protection Fund (LWQRPF) within the Department of
Environmental Protection to allow expenditures related to projects that
improve or maintain the quality of lake waters. The allocations are funded by
one-time transfers of $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $1,500,000 in
fiscal year 2024-25 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to
the LWQRPF. |
