Requiring health
insurance plans to provide coverage for blood testing for perfluoroalkyl and
polyfluoroalkyl substances for health plans issued or renewed on or after
January 1, 2024 is expected to increase General Fund costs, Highway Fund
costs and Other Special Revenue funds costs to the State Employee Health Plan
by minor amounts that can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
