This amendment
eliminates the one-time General Fund appropriation of $150,000 in fiscal year
2023-24 included in the bill for the University of Maine System (UMS) to
contract with vendors for the data and analysis required to conduct a study
to determine the feasibility of establishing a public allopathic medical
school in Penobscot County and instead provides a one-time General Fund
appropriation of $75,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 for the same purpose. |
