The bill includes
one-time General Fund appropriations to the Department of Administrative and
Financial Services, Bureau of General Services of $15,000 in fiscal year
2023-24 and $15,000 in fiscal year 2024-25 to install diaper changing
stations within public restrooms in state-owned public buildings. This
estimate assumes an average installed cost of $640 per diaper changing
station. |
