Any additional
costs to the Public Utilities Commission as a result of changes to renewable
capacity resource eligibility requirements that would allow certain
hydroelectric generators to qualify as a renewable resource and meet the
State's renewable resource portfolio requirement are anticipated to be minor
and can be absorbed with existing budgeted resources. |
