This bill increases
the registration fee for defensive driving courses from $35 to $65 and would
result in an increase in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue of $9,640 in
fiscal year 2023-24 and $12,850 in fiscal year 2024-25. The bill includes an Other Special Revenue
Funds allocation of $9,640 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $12,850 in fiscal year
2024-25 to the Department of Public Safety to spend the additional revenue. |
