This bill
increases the registration fee for defensive driving courses from $35 to $65
and would result in an increase in Other Special Revenue Funds revenue of
$9,640 in fiscal year 2023-24 and $12,850 in fiscal year 2024-25. The Department of Public Safety will
require an Other Special Revenue Funds allocation of $9,640 in fiscal year
2023-24 and $12,850 in fiscal year 2024-25 to spend the additional revenue. |
