This bill adds
pool halls to the premises eligible to be licensed to sell spirits for
on-premises consumption and lists both pool halls and outdoor auditoriums as
eligible premises under a Class I and Class II licenses. Any additional
revenue from adding these entities is not anticipated to be significant. |
