This legislation
directs the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management to sell
a 7-acre parcel of land located off Granite Hill Road in Hallowell to the
City of Hallowell and would result in an increase in Other Special Revenue
Funds revenue to the Capital Repair, Maintenance, Construction and
Acquisition Account. The amount of revenue received will not be known until
an appraisal is completed. Any additional cost to complete an appraisal of
the property is anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing
budgeted sources. |
