Any additional
costs to the Office of Marijuana Policy within the Department of
Administrative and Financial Services as a result of changes to laws
regarding the amount and potency of tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, and other
cannabinoids in edible marijuana products that allow for a variance rate
instead of a specific limit are anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed
within existing budgeted resources. |
