This bill would
exempt mountain bike trails from a requirement to obtain a Department of
Environmental Protection (DEP) review under the Storm Water Management Laws,
provided those trails are generally constructed and maintained in accordance
with certain standards. The removal of the review requirement means that DEP
staff will no longer have to review and approve plans for proposed mountain
bike trails, resulting in minor savings. |
