Fiscal Detail and Notes
	This bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $1,878,197 in fiscal year 2022-23 for an immediate increase to wages for all employees of the Riverview Psychiatric Center, including the Riverview Psychiatric Center outpatient services team, and the Dorothea Dix Psychiatric Center, including the Dorothea Dix Psychiatric Center outpatient services team, by $3 per hour. Other Special Revenue Funds allocations are also included in this bill for the FMAP.
