Fiscal Detail and Notes
This amendment changes the effective date from July 1, 2022 to March 1, 2023. This change reduces the General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services from $5,215,763 in fiscal year 2022-23 to $1,629,628 in fiscal year 2022-23. Federal Expenditures Fund and Federal Block Grant Fund allocations are also reduced in fiscal year 2022-23.
