This amendment
changes the effective date from July 1, 2022 to March 1, 2023. This change
reduces the General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human
Services from $5,215,763 in fiscal year 2022-23 to $1,629,628 in fiscal year
2022-23. Federal Expenditures Fund and Federal Block Grant Fund allocations
are also reduced in fiscal year 2022-23. |
