Fiscal Detail and Notes
This amendment changes the revenue distribution of the registration fee from the 100% credited to the Animal Welfare Fund (AWF) in Committee Amendment "A" to 20% credited to the General Fund and 80% credited to the AWF. Changing this ratio will reverse a portion of the General Fund revenue reduction and the AWF revenue increase in Committee Amendment "A." The incremental impact is an increase of $223,488 in General Fund revenue and a decrease of $223,488 in AWF revenue starting in fiscal year 2022-23.
