This bill
authorizes the adjustment of salary schedules upward consistent with
collective bargaining agreements reached by the Judicial Department and the
bargaining units representing Judicial Department employees. Costs to the
General Fund must be provided by the Salary Plan program, General Fund
account within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services.
Transfers from the Salary Plan are limited to up to $1,594,600 in fiscal year
2021-22 and $2,536,191 in fiscal year 2022-23. |
