|
This amendment
makes a technical modification to PL 2021 c. 398, Section ZZZ-7 to remove the
condition that a transfer from the Highway and Bridge Reserve, Other Special
Revenue Funds account, to the Highway and Bridge Capital Program, Other
Special Revenue Funds account, can only be made to replace disallowed Federal
Expenditures Fund ARP State Recovery allocations and requires the transfer to
be made within 30 days of the effective date of this legislation. |
