The Department of
Transportation's Work Plan for calendar years 2021, 2022 and 2023 already
includes work to design and install the necessary infrastructure to provide
safe water to the Town of Belgrade. This bill establishes the Belgrade Water
District, which is necessary for the department to transfer the
infrastructure to the district. |
