This legislation
requires the Department of Economic and Community Development to create a
program to provide grants to film and stage theaters and music venues within
the State that meet certain eligibilty requirements utilizing funds from the
American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) if these funds are eligible to be used for
this purpose. It is assumed that if
ARPA funds are not allowed to be used, no grants will be provided. |
