The bill requires
the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Office of
Information Technology (OIT), to
create and conduct a pilot program in Oxford County that uses geographic
information system technology. OIT will require General Fund appropriations
of $773,000 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $476,000 in fiscal year 2022-23 to
operate this project. Of this total,
$239,500 in each fiscal year is for personal services costs. The
remaining amounts, $533,500 in fiscal year 2021-22 and $236,500 in fiscal
year 2022-23, are for technology costs associated with the project including
building a new technical infrastructure, support services, a contracted
system build, overhead and parcel updates. |
