This bill directs
the Efficiency Maine Trust (EMT) to establish an industrial climate
transition initiative to develop and support climate change mitigation
strategies designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions at industrial
facilities in the State. To the extent
that such funds are available, EMT may use any available federal, state or
private funds to develop and support the initiative. |
